Impact of vanadyl sulfate plus NDV combination therapy in a subcutaneous <t>RM9</t> mouse model Male C57BL/6 mice were administered syngeneic 1 × 10 5 RM9 prostate cancer cells subcutaneously. Seven days later, mice received phosphate-buffered saline (i.t.), vanadyl sulfate (40 mg/kg; i.t.), NDV (5.0 × 10 7 PFU; i.t.) or vanadyl sulfate intraperitoneally (i.p.) 4 h prior to i.t. administration of NDV.
